I say that you should never give up on your dreams! I’ve been discouraged before when I’ve had big goals, I’ve wanted to give up before, but I’ve kept on pushing. You should never give up on your dreams. That said, It’s ok to take a break from your goals for a while as long as you come back to it later, like I did with my powerlifting for a few months. But I’ve come back to it now and continue to pursue my goals. This can apply to any goal in life! Whether it’s to lose weight, get a new career, or do well in school, it’s ok to take a step back for a short period of time as long as you re-engage with your goals eventually and continue to pursue them.
Goals are important to have. Make them attainable, but still challenging. It will feel incredible when you eventually reach your goals!
